I realize it has been quite awhile since I've posted. Summer has been awesome. Way greater than I ever expected! God has blessed me soooo much! I actually just got home from the beach yesterday. I did a wonderful job of allowing the sun to burn me...hopefully the swelling will die down soon. (And yes, I did put on sun screen...it just didn't work I guess.) It was so great to spend time with my mom, sister and my mom's sisters and thier kids. I have like 27 cousins on my mom's side and every year we get this great beach house for two weeks. We don't all fit in it anymore. So for the first four days of the two weeks, it was just my Grandmother, my mom's two sisters and thier kids and us. One of my cousins is living in Ocean City this Summer but other than that I was the oldest cousin there. That was just strange, cause I'm like ninth in the line up. But we had a blast. It was good to be at the beach with everyone again. On the way home we listened to the Orginal Broadway Cast Recording of Les Mis. I forgot how good it was. I found myself in tears most of the time because of how beautiful the music is. (Is "is" a preposition? Cuase if it is then I just broke a grammer rule.)
I got my permit about a month ago, but I still have 57 hours to go...so it'll be awhile! But driving is fun. My dad is constantly telling me to use the gas pedel...cause I forget about it. (scary....I know.) And I cannot understand how to fill in the manuel thing that keeps track of your hours....so I have to like figure that one out still....
I've been zipping through my booklist. Right now I am reading Lost Moon. It's about Apollo 13 and written by one of my mom's friends who writes for Time Magazine. It's quite good.

Edit: I just realized I said, 57 hours to go...what I meant was 53...

Well, we've done it again...
Yes, I know. Anna and I are just strange sometimes. But guess what? Now we have a reason. But first a little backround...
Anna and I have known eachother for about eleven years, so we are pretty much the same. We speak similarly, though her grammer is much better, we say similiar expressions, we get eachother into things, and out of them etc. So, the other day we decided to make Tuesdays, "do everythng out of the ordinary day." And believe me, we did.
First it started when Anna wanted to walk in the street to avoid getting grass that someone had mowed all over her shoes, or I should say mine, that she was wearing. So she walked in the street. I stayed on the sidewalk however, and pulled her back. Then, I realized she was right, and I wanted to walk in the street too. So we both started walking in the street. Once we had passed the newly mowed lawn part of the sidewalk, we went back on the sidewalk. Then we realized that our neighbor who was mowing is lawn was lauging hysterically at us. So, we determinded we would rather appear insane than blonde, so we walked in the street again and so on and so forth until we got back to my house. We needed an explination for our behavior, so now, as I said, Tuesdays are do everything out of the ordinary days.
We contined this throughout the afternoon by doing our history questions either standing on the bed or lying on the floor. We also sang dreadfully out of key for a bit, and a few more things.
That's all. There isn't anymore.

Couscous
Look good to you? Blah!!! I hate couscous. My reasons? Well, first of all, I think it has absolutely no flavor and tastes like what babyfood should taste like. (Thankfully, I don't remember what babyfood tastes like. So, in reality, I have nothing to compare it to except my imagination.) Also, when you cook it, it gets clumpy and the directions say, and I quote, "Fluff couscous lightly with fork before serving." This must be due to the fact that you wouldn't be able to eat it without much "fluffing!" Another thing I dislike about couscous, is that it has an annoying way of getting everywhere in the kitchen, no matter how careful you are! Seriously! How did it get all the by the microwave? I ask you? And another reason! Who like to say the word, "couscous?" (::cough cough::) NO ONE! If someone is going to come up with some sort of food that tastes like what babyfood ought to taste like, they should at least give you some warning! Like, "Don't eat this, it is bland and annoying!"Okay, just wanted to share.

Blaah! Dis is Cwaziness!
So much school! Yikes, I'm drowning. (Actually I'm not, especially not if I am posting on a blog. Goodness! )
Anyways...Studying for my final bio exam. Kristin had Lindsey, Anna and I over to go over all the info for a few hours. Fun times. And guess what? We actually studied. I love biology and I am going to miss my wonderful teacher. But I get her next September for Advanced Biology. (I can't believe I ever didn't like Science. What was up with me?)
After Thursday, the business of school ends and another loaded weekend shall commence. It's packed with rehearsals, parties, concerts, sleepovers, meetings, shopping, and much to my liking, very little homework. Then I will fall back into my packed school week when I wished I did more homework over the weekend again. And so on and so forth and the pattern will continue. Until June 1st when I take my final drivers ed class, throw some clothes in a suitcase and drive off into the horizon with my Daddy, to meet up with the rest of my fam, off to vacation. When I come home, the seniors will have graduated, and I shall be an Upperclassmen...upperclasswomen...
upperclassgirl....upperclassperson whatever!
Back to today. After totally boring myself with nearly two hours of piano practice, and too much History reading for my own good. I went purevoluming and discovered some new bands. Grey Holiday is one of them. They have a very unique sound, but I enjoy them.
Okay, enough of this.

Spring Break..it was wonderful!
Well, Godspell is officially over. And I am fully enjoying all of the extra time I've had! I spent Monday to Wednesday in Frederick. (With the Silards.) It was a blast! We watched..and slept through...a couple good movies, took walks to the, get this, one room library, walked on some train tracks at ten o'clock at night and found ourselves on a highway, played with Dude, (a cat they found.) and just hung out. Good times....
Then I came home, went grocery shopping my Anna and stopped by Starbucks to find Lizzy sitting there! So we decided to go a sleepover at my place. I watched the office first, then they showed up around 11, we talked and stuff for a few hours, then went to bed. When I woke up Friday morning, they weren't there. But off to babysitting jobs. Then I spent all day Friday with my mom shopping! It was a wonderful week.
Saturday morning I caught up on chores and stuff then Anna, Alex, Ben and I went over to Evan's house to hang. Which we did for like five hours! Ha!
Today was the Godspell Cast Party. It was soooo good to see everyone. Sarah Ryan made Mrs. Mays this beautiful album and each cast member had a page in it. The page contained pictures of us, and a note from each of us. As I flipped through the album, memories from these past seven months flooded back into my mind.
That's mostly it...Time to go.
